Once your item reaches Mulebuy's warehouse, the built-in calculator estimates weight, volume and freight. Choose a shipping line and adjust options — like removing shoeboxes to reduce volume — and consolidate several items into one parcel to keep costs as low as possible.

Mulebuy offers several lines (EMS, DHL, FedEx and more). Express lines like DHL or FedEx cost more but arrive in days; economy lines are cheaper but slower. Pick based on your budget and how quickly you need the parcel — the calculator shows the price for each.

It depends on the line: express (DHL/FedEx) usually takes about 5–10 days after dispatch, while economy lines can take 2–4 weeks. QC and domestic handling add a few days before international shipping begins.

You can pay with PayPal, credit or debit card, or by topping up your Mulebuy balance. If PayPal is unavailable for an item, top up your balance and pay from it.

Add your items to the cart, review the costs, agree to the terms, and check out. After payment, Mulebuy purchases the item and receives it at the warehouse for QC before international shipping.

Yes. If the QC photos reveal a problem, you can request a return or exchange while the item is still in the Chinese warehouse, before it ships internationally.
